Job summary

GCC is a world-class cement and construction materials company with operations in Mexico and the United States. The Maintenance Manager will lead the Maintenance Department to drive reliability, efficiency, and cost control across grinding media and lubricants, while championing safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience as an engineer, including 12 months in SAP and reliability systems within the cement

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12 months’ experience in SAP, cement industry, and reliability systems.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer.

Maintenance Manager position will require leading the Maintenance Department to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and cost-effective operation. Will oversee all maintenance activities, will manage plant fixed costs and variable costs related to grinding media and lubricants, and will ensure optimal use of resources while supporting continuous improvement and safe work practices across all maintenance disciplines. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, as well as 12 months’ experience in SAP, cement industry, and reliability systems. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer.
