Prerequisites

• Previous experience in maintenance management or maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and equipment repair skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
