Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Johnston, RI to lead a high-impact maintenance operation, drive reliability, and develop a skilled team responsible for conveyors, robotics, and other automated systems.

You'll own budgets, KPIs, safety culture, and day-to-day planning while partnering with site leadership to meet operational goals and customer expectations. This is a direct-hire, day-shift role with 24/7 on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with conveyor systems and automated equipment.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and KPI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Team with coaching and accountability.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximise uptime.
