Rise Technical in Greenfield, IN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for a high-volume automated production site. You will oversee maintenance strategy and lead an engineering department, managing a team of up to 20 within a modern distribution facility.

The role offers $110,000 - $125,000 plus bonus, training, 401K, health insurance, dental, medical, PTO, holidays and other benefits. Commutable from Fortville, McCordsville, New Palestine, Fishers, Carmel and Anderson.
