Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance of production facilities, process equipment, and utilities. The Maintenance Manager's primary responsibilities are ensuring reliability, availability, and effective maintenance of production, facilities, process, and utilities equipment and assets. Lead and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors, planners/schedulers, technicians, and MRO inventory personnel, while overseeing preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, equipment maintenance plans, spare parts management, job planning, and contractor and vendor services. Drives maintenance strategies, standards, goals, metrics, and KPIs to improve equipment uptime, minimize unplanned downtime and rework, optimize maintenance labor and staffing, and effectively manage maintenance backlogs. Develop team capabilities through skills assessments, training, and performance expectations while promoting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the maintenance organization.
