Our dry pet food factory, located just 10 miles from downtown, has been a production facility for over 50 years. As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll manage, lead, and coordinate activities for your team to maximize performance, minimize costs, maintain quality, and endorse safety and operating standards. Coach, train, and develop your team members while maintaining daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance, and repair work. You’ll foster a safe work environment, ensuring all quality and environmental standards are met. Lead by example as you oversee the proper management of the day‑to‑day operational environmental issues.

The approximate range for this position is $107,000 - $156,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
