The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years in maintenance management, hands-on GCSS-MC experience, and holds an active SECRET clearance with a valid driver's license.

Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope: Run the maintenance production floor for a Marine Raider organization - from ERO to readiness reporting.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage maintenance production and records in GCSS-MC. Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage the Equipment Repair Order (ERO) lifecycle. Monitor deadline reports and parts-on-order status. Run calibration/modification control and analyze readiness metrics.
