Allied OneSource, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Machinist to keep production equipment running smoothly and to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes repairing, reading blueprints, and fabricating components to exact specs. The ideal candidate has CNC G&M programming experience and CAD familiarity (SolidWorks), with at least 3 years in a maintenance machinist role, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols in our Missouri

• Read blueprints and fabricate components to exact specifications.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain machine shop equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and office software familiarity.
• Experience with CNC G&M code programming.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• High school diploma or technical school certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance machinist role within manufacturing.

Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and maintain machine shop equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabricate components to exact specifications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Experience with CNC G&M code programming.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in designing and fabricating modification fixtures.
• Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
• Prior experience with preventive maintenance strategies.

Preferred Education and Experience:
