Job summary

Electronic Systems, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Machine Technician to keep production equipment running smoothly in our climate-controlled Sioux Falls facility. This full-time role offers consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, equipment cleaning, and support that helps maximize uptime. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-focused, able to work independently, and eager to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and related accessories
• Maintaining SMT equipment, conveyors, reflow ovens, wave solder equipment, ventilation systems, tooling, and production computers
• Vacuuming loose electronic components and debris from equipment
• Assisting with feeder repairs, calibrations, and equipment setup
• Maintaining ultrasonic cleaning systems and batch wash equipment
• Replacing filters, cleaning tanks, and maintaining equipment support systems
• Identifying potential equipment issues before they impact production
• Supporting preventative maintenance tracking and documentation
• Operating floor maintenance equipment to maintain a safe manufacturing environment
• Working closely with Production and Engineering to help maximize equipment readiness and uptime
• Performing other production support duties as assigned
