Avis Budget Group is hiring for an entry-level Fleet Operator role at our Miami airport locations. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors, and moving vehicles to ensure fleet readiness and a smooth customer experience.

No prior experience is required, with on-the-job training provided and weekly pay in some locations. The role supports daily fleet operations, vehicle positioning, and parking lot organization to help customers get on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and drive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Move fleet vehicles within lots or between locations.
• Inventory vehicles and update status on handheld device.
• Keep parking areas organized, safe, and tidy.
