Equity LifeStyle Properties in Sun City, Arizona is hiring for a Maintenance - Level III to support irrigation and landscape maintenance across resort properties. The role requires hands-on irrigation know-how, general maintenance across disciplines, and the ability to handle after-hours emergencies.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or experience.
• 1–3 years in irrigation repairs, plumbing or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and appealing property with management.
• Communicate regularly with management and staff on maintenance projects.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, report issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain vacant lot grounds and monitor inventory and supplies.
• Move heavy objects and conduct irrigation system repairs.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What you’ll do:

We are looking for an individual with a background in irrigation and landscape maintenance. This person must know how to manage irrigation timers, repair irrigation leaks, repair sprinkler heads, and other aspects necessary to ensure the grass remains green and healthy. A general maintenance background to work in other areas of the resort is also required.

Your job will include:

• Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
• Maintain vacant lot grounds.
• Conduct irrigation systems repairs.
• You will be required to move heavy objects.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills & experience you need:

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.
