Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing plant near Lexington, KY. The role oversees maintenance operations and leads a team of technicians in a 24/5 plant environment.

The ideal candidate has CMMS experience and a background in manufacturing, with 4–5 years of relevant experience. Mentoring from senior managers is available as part of the transition and growth pathway.

This role will oversee maintenance and a team of technicians for a manufacturing plant that is located on a larger complex near Lexington. This manufacturing site runs 24/5. This is the perfect job for someone looking for a step up in responsibility and who is looking to learn. Both of the former maintenance managers have been promoted, but are still on-site and available for support and mentoring of this person. This company has several facilities in the US and 50+ around the World.

• Must have previously worked in a manufacturing environment that utilized a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and know the value that a system like that brings
