Zusammenfassung

Atkore currently seeks a Maintenance Lead at the Kokomo facility to drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and workforce development within Tube Finishing. You will lead maintenance technicians and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to maximize uptime and ensure safe, efficient finishing processes.

The role champions reliability-centered maintenance, CMMS, and safety culture, coaching technicians and leading troubleshooting while aligning with Atkore’s values.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of eight years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift and manipulate up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic understanding of power and control systems.

Aufgaben

• Improve uptime and reduce unplanned downtime with Engineering.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and improve PM programs.
• Ensure PM completion and optimization through CMMS.
• Review PM effectiveness and optimize frequencies.
• Champion CMMS usage and data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate asset and work-order history.
• Plan work priorities with Maintenance and Production Supervisors and obtain necessary supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and promote a safety-first culture.
