Job summary

Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead internal and external labor productivity and to assist in implementing safety plans across operations in Georgia.

You will support development of associates and manage repair of facility equipment, leveraging SAP for new operations and process configurations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices and ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics for all equipment and systems.
• Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to teach others using manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to analyze information and data.

• Leading and guiding the productivity of internal and external labor resources in the absence of the Maintenance Manager/Assistant Maintenance Manager or as assigned
• Assisting managers in the execution of the Safety Plan and facilitating safety related activities
• Assisting managers in the development of associates
• Configuring new operations, equipment, or processes in SAP and
• Repairing and maintaining facility equipment.
