Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Houston to oversee maintenance activities, manage a team of technicians, and ensure optimal facility performance.

The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring the facility’s infrastructure, equipment, and systems are maintained at optimal performance levels. The Maintenance Lead will work closely with other departments to support operational efficiency and safety standards.
