Qualifications

• Positive attitude.
• Friendly, patient and honest demeanor.
• Ability to perform maintenance work without restrictions.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains exterior areas (parking lot, fuel dispensers, etc.).
• Cleans and stocks all indoor areas and fixtures (fountain soda area, beverage and beer coolers, restrooms, etc.).
• Cleans equipment, inside and outside windows, and stock rooms.
• Completes light maintenance work as needed (changing light bulbs, minor fixes to equipment, etc.).
• Empties inside and outside trash cans.
• Maintain Car Wash.
