McDonald's in Rutland, VT is seeking a self-driven Maintenance/Janitorial worker who takes pride in high standards and quality for equipment and facilities. The role offers autonomy to manage tasks and a starting pay of $18.00 per hour.

You will support management in keeping the restaurant clean inside and out, maintaining equipment, and following safety procedures. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Unloads delivery trucks twice a week, takes out and empties trash, changes light bulbs, and cleans HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
• Maintains outside grounds and cleans windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.

Requirements

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
