Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems seeks a Maintenance Janitor Level 1/2 for the 1st shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm), on-site in Clearfield, Utah. Responsibilities include keeping offices and industrial spaces clean and safe to enable production of world-class products.

Growth opportunities and education support are provided based on performance and company needs. This role requires or offers 10% travel and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years related experience depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing; empties trash; cleans restrooms.
• Cleans epoxy, linoleum, tile floors; shampoos carpets; changes filters and cleans vents.
• Dusts and disinfects surfaces; waxes floors; orders cleaning supplies; washes windows.
• Maintains inventory and operates professional cleaning equipment; handles trash and recycling.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking a qualified Maintenance Janitor Level 1 or a Maintenance Janitor Level 2 to join our team of highly talented individuals for 1st shift Monday – Friday (6:00 am – 2:30 pm). This position will be on site in Clearfield, Utah.

Job Duties

• Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.
• Cleaning Epoxy, linoleum, tile and other floor surfaces
• Shampooing rugs and carpets
• Emptying trash cans
• Changing air filters and cleaning vents
• Dusting and disinfecting all surfaces.
• Waxing floors
• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
• Washing windows
• Maintaining a thorough inventory
• Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners
• Collecting and taking out trash and recycling

This role may be filled at Level 1 or Level 2 based on the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications For Level 1

• High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years additional education and/or related experience
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Basic Qualifications For Level 2

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Working knowledge of general aspects of the job
• Ability to perform routine work with detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.

Primary Level Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $48,100.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $34,300.00 - $57,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
