Description for Maintenance Janitor:

• Perform routine commercial and industrial janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing common areas, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Execute light building and facility maintenance, including basic carpentry (assembling or building storage shelves) and small hardware repairs around the facility.
• Repaint floor safety lines, walkway markers, and touch-up interior/exterior facility surfaces as needed.
• Monitor, restock, and organize cleaning supplies, maintenance tools, and PPE inventory.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, structural hazards, or safety issues to facility leadership.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free shop aisles and adhere strictly to facility safety standards and PPE guidelines.

Details for Maintenance Janitor:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 / hour (Scaling based on handyman experience / DOE).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Enjoy an early daytime routine with weekends OFF!).
• Location: Washougal, WA facility.
• Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire path featuring long-term company stability.

Requirements for Maintenance Janitor:

• Prior experience in commercial janitorial, industrial cleaning, or general facility upkeep.
• Basic mechanical and handyman aptitude—comfortable using basic hand and power tools for simple repairs, building shelving, and painting lines.
• Physical capability to perform active labor—standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Exceptional record of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
