As a Maintenance Inventory Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the engineering and maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Inventory Technician
Location: Cordova, Illinois
Pay Range: $18 to $20
Duration :12 month contract
Organize and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure efficient operations
Accurately document equipment information, including part numbers, serial numbers, and manufacturer details
Participate in safety and regulatory training to uphold safety standards
Follow all safety rules, regulations, and wear required PPE during work activities
Enter labor time into maintenance work orders with detailed issue descriptions
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance support, production, or inventory roles within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience as a maintenance helper or in a production setting is preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude, including identifying parts on industrial equipment such as pumps and motors
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Basic to intermediate computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
