Responsibilities

• Tackle real projects outlined by management.
• Learn and grow by seeking work and learning opportunities.
• Communicate with various levels of the organization and update your manager/mentor.
• Improve processes at our location.
• Embrace our culture: Respect, Integrity, and Courage.
• Work safely around heavy equipment and be a valued team member.
• Present your project overview to Senior Leaders and local management.
• Stay curious and participate in intern program activities (orientation, mid-term, closing session, etc.).
• Get there: transport yourself to and from the work location.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
