Job summary

ADM - Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a Maintenance II in Lincoln, NE. This full-time, overnight role maintains and repairs production packaging and bulk load out equipment, with a 7pm–5am shift and weekend availability when needed.

Under supervision, you will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, install and align new gear, and keep detailed records. Overtime and safety certifications may be required; related mechanical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer a minimum of 1-3 years of industrial or commercial mechanical experience and/or a two year degree.
• Experience with welding or metal fabrication is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of production processes, equipment and operations to diagnose malfunctions.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facilities equipment.
• Disassembles, diagnoses mechanical failures and repairs equipment as required.
• Installs new equipment, aligns, rebuilds and performs preventive maintenance as necessary.
• Documents time spent, parts used, and maintains records in an orderly file system.
• Conducts regular inspections of tools and equipment; assists in keeping the department tour ready.
