Salary and Location

Hourly Rate: $20.76

Location: Yelm, WA

Position Summary

Full‑Time position for our Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Clinic in Yelm, WA. The individual will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for patients, clients and employees. Duties include janitorial and maintenance tasks following general health and safety guidelines.

The role also involves maintaining the exterior and interior work area, including parking lot upkeep to minimize trash and debris, mowing the lawn, trimming bushes and hedges, and maintaining the grounds around the garden area. The individual may perform a variety of simple repairs requiring knowledge of plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and yard maintenance. Special jobs may require the use of rental equipment.
