The successful candidatewill be a high school graduate, have the ability to stand, walk & bend for long periods of time, have the ability to lift over 50 lbs. & climb above 25 ft., have at least 5 years custodian/maintenance experience with comprehensive electrical, plumbing, & carpentry experience, and have knowledge of heating/cooling plant operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have the ability to climb above 25 ft. & lift over 50 lbs.
• Have at least five (5) years experience as a custodian/maintenance worker with comprehensive electrical, plumbing, and carpentry experience
• Have knowledge of heating/cooling plant operation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Criminal History Record Clearance (Act 34)
• Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)
• Mandated Reporter Training (Act 126)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• All clearances must be less than one (1) year old
