Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living in Hatboro, PA is seeking a Maintenance II to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and maintain residential apartments and public areas with responsive, accurate maintenance.

You will perform routine and emergency repairs (electrical, plumbing, doors/locks), assist in maintaining supplies, participate in campus snow removal, and contribute to a caring, supportive workplace where staff and residents share a strong bond.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors and locks.
• Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for neighborhoods to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Snow removal of campus in a team approach.
• Perform other required duties.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance II is responsible for the troubleshooting and intermediate repair of apartment and public area HVAC equipment along with the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas including correcting electrical malfunctions, repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, pipes and fittings, repairing and replacing light bulbs and fixtures, repairing doors and locks, etc.
• Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment as assigned.
• Assists in maintaining proper levels of material/supplies for neighborhood assigned to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
• Snow removal of campus in a team approach
• Perform other required duties.

Related Experience:

• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance to include, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances

Education or Degree Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED

Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:

• Valid Driver's license
