Job Description

The HVAC Supervisor provides leadership and direction for the District’s HVAC Department, overseeing maintenance and preventive maintenance operations, staffing, projects, and department resources. This position supervises two Assistant Supervisors and is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and long-term reliability of District HVAC and mechanical systems. Works collaboratively with the Director of Facilities & Maintenance, other Operations departments, school administrators, contractors, and other District personnel to support safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities throughout the District.

Salary $110,000 - $120,000
