Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a reliable Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to keep our facilities safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients and staff. The role supports daily cleaning, basic repairs, and adherence to safety guidelines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Starting wage is 21.30 per hour, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Annual TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste.
• Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal).
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting).
• Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation).
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety and health guidelines.
