Job summary

JBS USA Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment, interpret drawings, and perform preventive maintenance.

The role requires the ability to identify replacement parts, apply shop mathematics, and communicate issues to production teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience, plus knowledge of standard/metric measures and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• General mathematic ability required to perform job.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures.
• Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends).
