Genesiscareers is seeking a Maintenance technician to perform routine repairs and upkeep in a long-term care setting. The role includes minor repairs to facilities and equipment, changing HVAC filters, and assisting with supply movement on-site in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers.
• Change filters on HVAC equipment.
• Carry, lift and stock supplies.
• Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence.
