• Primary Duty – Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and plumbing systems, and related systems.
• Responsible for facility maintenance.
• Plans, supervises, reviews, and participates in the work of contractors.
• Establishes schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services
• Develops, implement and executes machinery Preventive Maintenance Program on all company equipment.
• Performs safety inspection on equipment, facility and vehicles.
• Coordinates construction projects, remodels, and other special projects to completion.
• Assist in the preparation of various contracts, requests for proposals, and reports.
• Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves, etc.
• Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Annually
