Job summary

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, performing preventive tasks, equipment cleanings, and various assigned projects while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience.
• Proven record of successful troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Ability to work in hot or cold temperature climates for extended periods.
• Ability to squat, crouch, bend and stoop.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining production and facility equipment to include installation, set up, preventative maintenance and adjustments required by technical service instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks at the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor on injection molding related equipment required in tooling and manufacturing.
• Dismantles machinery and equipment and repair at the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, pulleys, gears, bearings, bushings, etc.
• Maintains housekeeping with regard to work areas, tools, company vehicles and other equipment.
• Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Assist in maintaining production and facility equipment to include installation, set up, preventative maintenance and adjustments required by technical service instructions
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks at the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor on injection molding related equipment required in tooling and manufacturing
• Dismantles machinery and equipment and repair at the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, pulleys, gears, bearings, bushings, etc
• Maintains meticulous housekeeping with regard to work areas, tools, company vehicles and other company equipment to continually reflect the high standards of the company
• Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
