Job summary

Dove Storage in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Field Worker (Maintenance/Handyman) to perform weekly checks, clean units for rental readiness, and handle delinquent units. The role includes minor repairs, painting, and light electrical tasks, with some heavy lifting required.

Flexible scheduling offered, with about 8–15 hours per month and 2–4 hours weekly. Requires Driver's License and at least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred, and you will work in person at our storage facilities.

Job description

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our team to be a Field Worker (Maintenance/Handyman) at our storage facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for doing weekly checks at the facility, cleaning out units to be prepared for renting, overlocking delinquent units, doing minor handy work (painting, small repairs, minor electrical), doing some heavy lifting as needed, and more. We're looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Field Workers will be required to perform physical labor as part of the weekly needs.

Assume 2-4 hours of work per week. Some weeks more and some weeks less. Roughly 8-15 hours per month.

You work on your own schedule such as morning, nights and weekends. You will be required to be available within 1-2 days notice if needed.

You will be paid once a month after your monthly hours are calculated.
