About the Agency

The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration is the primary agency responsible for State government financial and administrative operations including employee payroll, vendor payments, employee insurance, construction, maintenance, and protection of State buildings in the Capitol Complex, financial information management systems, management of the State’s vehicle fleet, and numerous other related activities.

About the Position

This position is in the Office of Capitol Facilities. The incumbent will perform duties such as painting, dry wall repairs and electrical repairs. HVAC and plumbing duties will also be performed in this position.
