Agropur Cooperative operates a maintenance role at its Little Chute, WI plant. The position focuses on keeping equipment running for continuous production, while following safety and GMP standards.
You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, install and repair equipment, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Rate of Pay: $30.33/hour
NIGHT SHIFT: 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 Schedule Double time on Sundays

The Maintenance General position is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules/regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair and upkeep.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of related maintenance experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude required.

Our Little Chute, WI, plant is home to about 140 employees. This facility is a top manufacturer of IQF sticks that are supplied to the appetizer industry. Next to the plant is our well-known Simon’s Specialty Cheese store, which has about 20 employees.
