Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry repairs and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing systems.
• Paint and touch-up interior and exterior surfaces.
• Handle general trade tasks across multiple disciplines as needed.
• Clean, maintain, and sanitize facility areas.
• Maintain grounds, mow, trim, and debris removal.
• Operate tractors, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs timely.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Perform general carpentry repairs and projects (required skill)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Painting and surface touch-ups, interior and exterior
• General trade work across multiple disciplines as needed
• Cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, debris removal, etc.)
• Operate tractors, forklifts, and other equipment safely
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Carpentry experience required
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting trades
• Experience operating tractors, forklifts, or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety; must follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable transportation and good attendance

This is primarily an outdoor position requiring physical stamina, comfort working in varying weather conditions, and strict adherence to safety standards at all times.
