Job description
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of brewing, packing, and support equipment. Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the process.
Ensure maintenance areas are safe clean and orderly. Ensure proper cleanup after completed maintenance work.
Maintain respectful work communications
Respond to production questions and issues and follow up as needed with supervisors and managers.
Observe equipment in operation to prevent/diagnose potential problems. Identify, suggest, and discuss solutions to equipment and facility issues with management.
Complete at least 90% of assigned work orders and PMs through our CMMS. Assign parts to work orders. Include communication/findings in work orders.
Assist in pump rebuilds
Calibrate wastewater pH probes
Independently complete PMs on Packaging, brewing, and support equipment
Assumed Facilities Apprentice responsibilities when needed.
