Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority. Complete daily postings and balance daily accounts.* Follow job orders to determine tasks.* Repair, maintain and install machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous operations.* Maintain utility systems to ensure continuous supply of heat, electrical power, gas, refrigeration or air as required by operations.* Follow preventive maintenance program in conjunction with all relevant departments.* Inform Team Leader regarding any problems with the operation of machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.* Approach all encounters with guests, vendors and team members in a friendly, professional manner.* Complete and turn in all maintenance request forms from guests as needed.* Perform general maintenance, mechanical, electrical, machine, equipment and plumbing repairs and/or installations as needed.* Implement energy conservation program as assigned by Team Leader.* Maintain a neat and organized work area at all times.* Effectively manage time and meet or exceed productivity standards* Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.* The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position.
