The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) is looking for a facility maintenance support team member at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, IL. The role involves ensuring the aesthetics and functionality of the venue through a variety of maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs of buildings, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The position requires physical effort, and availability for occasional evening and weekend shifts, offering a compensation range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY Chicagoland Speedway is a 1.5-mile oval located in Joliet, Ill., approximately 30 miles south of downtown Chicago on Old Historic Route 66. On July 3-5, 2026, NASCAR will make its much-anticipated return to Chicagoland Speedway for three days of racing action.
Provide maintenance support and knowledge of the facility operations in the motorsports industries, while working in the high-energy and fast-paced environment at Chicagoland Speedway and Route 66 Raceway.
Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, bend, lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
Drive motorized vehicles to travel to different locations both on and off the facility.
Occasional evening and weekend hours are required as needed.
The compensation range for this position is: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
