Responsibilities

• Assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person works within the restaurant management team to ensure the restaurant and equipment is working as expected.
• The responsibilities may include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, completing preventative maintenance tasks, calibrating equipment, replacing filters and gaskets, managing operations and cleaning supplies, and daily fryer oil filtering.
