Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Phoenix, AZ seeks a skilled maintenance technician to handle service requests, diagnose defects, and perform repairs and installations to support guest comfort and safety.

You will follow established procedures, ensure compliance with codes, and collaborate with electricians, carpenters, painters, and night engineers to deliver timely, quality work for hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all service calls within 30 minutes of time call is received.
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective action for guest-related or top priority issues.
• Follow departmental procedures in repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work.
• Comply with local, county, state and federal codes, laws and requirements.
• Coordinate with other department personnel such as electrician, carpenter, painter and night engineer to complete work.

Job description

• Respond to all service calls within half hour from time call is received.
• Determine defects, trouble-shoot malfunctions, take immediate necessary corrective action if guest related/top priority or scheduled for completion within 2 days and record same on the departmental work order form.
• Follow specific departmental procedures in efficiently performing repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work.
• Comply with the latest local, county, state and federal governmental codes, laws and requirements.
• Coordinate with other department personnel such as electrician, carpenter, painter and night engineer in completing service, replacement, alteration and new installation work.
