Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of experience with Mechanical Equipment and/or maintenance-related field required, preferably in a long-term care or housing setting.
• State of MN Special Class Boilers License required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license preferred. (East Campus Only)

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and policies.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing or other craft work to keep machines or building elements in good working condition.
