Entry-Level Maintenance Engineer Position

This role involves assisting maintenance engineers with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on plant equipment, machinery, and the physical plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards. The position offers a salary of $24.13/hr.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in preventive and scheduled maintenance of equipment and machinery.
2. Respond to equipment stoppages and breakdowns, troubleshooting and repairing as needed.
3. Operate machine shop equipment and fabricate parts when necessary.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
5. Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, EEO, harassment, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a Production Operator or Technician, or relevant training.
• Experience in HVAC, welding, electronics, electrical repairs, or industrial equipment installation and repair.

Essential Job Requirements

• Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent training and experience.
