Responsibilities

Provide proactive customer service to casino and office guests.
Maintain the safety of customers and guests.
Maintenance and upkeep of parking lot, moat, sidewalks, grass, and flower area.
Maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, vacuums, extractors, and company vehicles.
Ice and snow removal.
Assist housekeeper to ensure the facility is clean.
Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies.
Perform all job functions safely.
Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
Perform reasonable requests from supervisors or managers.
