• At least two years of hotel maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Must know or be willing to learn drywalling, applying texture, and painting.
• Strong communications skills and multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• At least two years of hotel maintenance experience or equivalent
• Understand that this is a resort open every day, even on holidays
• Must know or be willing to learn drywalling, applying texture, and painting
• Familiar with HVAC systems helpful
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Plumbing and boiler basics is essential
• Technical skills with relevant equipment
• Important to accurately read blueprints and manuals
• Strong communications skills
• Multitasking abilities
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, dig, use power tools, climb stairs and ladders, lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds upon occasion
