Job Summary:

Seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead a team of technicians, oversee plant facilities, maintain equipment, and implement new machinery/processes for safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Reports to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
• Design machinery, tooling, and optimize workflow.
• Oversee repairs, installations, and budget control.
• Manage vendor relations and supervise maintenance activities.
• Support CAPEX planning and preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements:

• Must Have: Supervisory experience, machine troubleshooting, technical expertise in facility maintenance.
