Maintenance Engineer

Pay: $20.00 per hour


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, improving processes, and being actively involved in daily production operations. In addition to supporting maintenance initiatives, you will assist with assembly and machine operation activities, making this a well-rounded position with exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, maintenance engineering, or related environments.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.

  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery.

  • Assembly experience in a production environment.

  • Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, or industrial controls is a plus.

  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
