Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for an on-site role at Corteva in St. Joseph, Illinois. You will operate and maintain electrical and related systems to support production uptime and safety, including compliance with OSHA and PSM requirements.

The role requires NEC interpretation, strong computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime including weekends during seasonal peaks. You will be part of a team focused on safety and reliability across facilities.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician experience.
• Ability to interpret the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and inspections per guidelines.
• Support electrical safety program with program leaders and teams.
• Follow OSHA, PSM and Corteva safety procedures in daily work.
• Suggest safety improvements and new devices or changes.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
