Job summary

Qualifications

  • Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor is a plus.
  • Experience as a Millwright, Electrician, or Machine Repair Technician in automotive manufacturing.
  • Experience with automotive sheet metal stamping preferred.
  • Experience with large transfer and progressive dies a plus.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs required.
  • Ability to work Second Shift: 1:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.
  • Comfortable working in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support equipment changeovers and complete scheduled PM activities.

  • Collaborate with maintenance, production, and support teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Complete all required training in compliance with Adient and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
