Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical training or military training in PLC programming, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment programming PLC/HMI/FD/vision systems.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and other manufacturers; communications troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of plant machinery, equipment, and production processes.
  • Fundamental understanding of materials and production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement control systems for sustaining and upgrading processes, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Supervise craft labor and contractors for fabrication, installation, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Keep project scope within budget and schedule.
