Job summary

Glen Park (Valley Village, CA) is hiring a Maintenance Worker / Driver for our assisted living facility. You will inspect equipment, perform basic repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance, using a variety of hand and power tools to keep the premises safe and comfortable for residents.

Requirements: Live-Scan clearance, CPR/First Aid, negative TB test, health screening, and in-person work at 5527 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Valley Village, CA 91607. Shift: AM 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Provide preventative maintenance and upkeep.
• Assist with driving residents as needed.

We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect
